3. Design result:
Project: Comprehensive modernization of the hydraulic power drives of the D6248 press (us. 6300 tons), with equipping the blanks with a cutting mechanism without interrupting pressing - "flying shears".

4. Design goal:
4.1. Stabilization of the extrusion process by speed and pressure of the electrode mass in the mass cylinder of the press mustache. 6300 tn.
4.2. Equipment for the press mustache. 6300 tn. cutting mechanism of blanks without interruption of pressing - "flying scissors".

5. Design assignment:
5.1. Press drives mustache. 6300 tons:
5.1.1. Equipment of the main press drive (pressing and pre-pressing):
- equipping pumping station No. 1 with the main and reserve variable pumping units in the version with pressure and capacity regulators - in order to create a hydraulic power drive, stabilized by the speed of movement of the electrode workpiece or by the pressure of the electrode mass in the cylinder;
- equipping with a system for cleaning the working fluid in the pressure lines of pumping units - in order to protect the elements of the hydraulic drive from wear products of pumping units;
- equipping with an electro-hydraulically controlled flow regulator with digital proportional control and control of the working fluid flow in the main drive - in order to ensure shockless operation of the main drive and create a hydraulic drive stabilized in terms of pressing speed;
- to equip the pump unit with an electro-hydraulically controlled cooling valve with hydraulic damping and control of the spool position - in order to ensure safe operating conditions of the pump unit at idle speed and to exclude throttling of significant flows of working fluid;
- equip with an electro-hydraulically controlled pressure regulator with digital proportional control and pressure control of the working fluid in the main drive - in order to create a hydraulic drive stabilized by the pressure of the electrode mass in the mass cylinder of the press;
- equip with a system for determining the length of the workpiece to be cut (L) and pressing speed (v), with the method of contact measurement of the displacement values and the speed of the end of the electrode workpiece with the formation of standard signals 4 ... 20 mA - for the purpose of automatic registration of the main technological parameters.
- equip with a system for measuring the pressing pressure of the electrode mass in the mass cylinder with the formation of a standard 4… 20 mA signal - for the purpose of automatic registration of the main technological parameters;
- to equip the press with an automated digital control system for the purpose of automatic processing of information about the state of the press equipment and the generation of the necessary control signals in accordance with the customer's algorithms.
5.1.2 Equipping the drive for moving the press forward (forward stroke):
- to equip with an electro-hydraulically controlled forward travel valve with hydraulic damping and control of the spool position in order to ensure shock-free operation of the press forward movement drive.
5.1.3 Equipping the drive for moving the press backward (backward stroke):
- to equip with an electro-hydraulically controlled backward travel valve with hydraulic damping and control of the spool position in order to ensure shockless operation of the drive for moving the press backward.
- equip with a hydraulically controlled pressure apparatus with control of the pressure of the working fluid in the drive for moving the press backwards - to protect the drive for moving the press backwards from multiplicative overloads.
5.1.4 Equipping the actuator for controlling the filling valve:
- to equip pumping station No. 2 as a part of the main and backup adjustable vane pumping units in the version with a pressure regulator and pressure control of the working fluid in the hydraulic control system of the press switchgears in order to exclude throttling of significant flows of the working fluid and to ensure stable operating conditions for the hydraulic controlled switchgears of the press;
- equip with a system for cleaning the working fluid in the pressure lines of pumping units in order to protect the elements of the hydraulic control system of hydraulically controlled press switchgears from wear products of pumping units;
- equip with a device for determining the position of the press filling valve spool with the formation of discrete signals "Filling valve open" and "Filling valve closed" in order to objectively control the operation of the filling valve;
- equip with an electrically controlled proportional filling valve with control of the spool position to ensure bumpless operation of the press filling valve and control of the filling valve distributor.
5.2 Press crown drives 6300 tons:
5.2.1 Equipping the drives of the press gate plate and knives:
- to equip pumping station No. 3 as part of an adjustable axial piston pump unit in a version with pressure and capacity regulators and pressure control in the drives of the valve plate and knives to ensure the operation of the drives of the valve plate and knives, as well as an adjustable axial piston pump unit in the version with regulators pressure and productivity and pressure control in the drive of the knife carriage to ensure the operation of the drive of the knife carriage;
- equip with a system for cleaning the working fluid in the pressure lines of pumping units in order to protect the elements of hydraulic drives from wear products of pumping units;
- to equip the pump unit with an electro-hydraulically controlled cooling valve with hydraulic damping and control of the spool position in order to ensure safe operating conditions of the pump unit at idle speed and to exclude throttling of significant flows of working fluid;
- equip with an electro-hydraulically controlled valve plate and knife drive valve with hydraulic damping and control of the spool position in order to ensure shockless operation of the valve plate and knife drives;
- equip with a hydraulically controlled pressure device with a non-return valve to protect the valve plate drive from uncontrolled falling of the valve plate;
- equip with a hydraulic knife drive unit for automatic compensation of deviations in the knife drive.
5.2.2 Equipping the knife carriage drive:
- equip with an electrically controlled flow regulator with digital proportional control and control of the working fluid flow in the drive of the knife carriage in order to ensure the shockless operation of the drive of the knife carriage and create a hydraulic drive that provides digital coordination of the speeds of movement of the knife carriage and electrode workpiece;
- to equip the pump unit with an electrically controlled cooling valve with proportional control and control of the spool position in order to ensure safe operating conditions of the pump unit at idle and exclude throttling of significant flows of working fluid;
- equip with a system for measuring the displacement values Lн and speed Vн of the knife carriage with the formation of standard signals 4… 20 mA or 0… 1 V in order to automatically record the parameters of the drive of the knife carriage.
5.3 Equipment of auxiliary drives (table, roller conveyor, clamps):
5.3.1 Equipping the drive of the press table mustache 6300 tons:
- to equip pumping station No. 4 as part of an adjustable axial piston pump unit in a design with pressure and capacity regulators and pressure control in table drives, roller tables and clamps to ensure the operation of table drives, roller tables and clamps, as well as an adjustable vane pump with a pressure regulator to avoid throttling of significant flows of working fluid and ensuring stable operation of gyro-controlled distribution devices for table drives and roller tables;
- equip with a system for cleaning the working fluid in the pressure lines of pumping units in order to protect the elements of the hydraulic drive and the control system of hydraulically controlled switchgears from wear products of pumping units;
- to equip the pumping unit with an electro-hydraulically controlled cooling valve with hydraulic damping and control of the spool position in order to ensure safe operating conditions of the axial piston pump unit at idle speed and to exclude throttling of significant flows of working fluid;
- equip with an electro-hydraulically controlled distributor of the table drive with hydraulic damping and control of the spool position in order to ensure shockless operation of the table drive.
5.3.2 Equipping the drive of the roller table press mustache 6300 tons:
- to equip with an electro-hydraulically controlled distributor of the roller table drive with hydraulic damping and control of the spool position in order to ensure the shockless operation of the roller table drive.
5.3.3 Clamp drive equipment:
- equip with an electrically controlled distributor of the clamp drive with proportional in order to ensure the shockless operation of the clamp drive;
- equip with a flow divider in order to ensure the same movement of the right and left clamp drives.
5.4 Equipping the system for preparation of the working fluid of the press mustache. 6300 tons:
5.4.1 Equipment of the expansion tank of the press (pumping stations No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3):
- equip with a gas collector of the required volume - in order to create a semi-closed hydraulic system and connect its cavity with the cavity of the press filling tank;
- equip with a nitrogen system - in order to ensure the necessary resource of the working fluid and safe operating conditions of the gas collector;
- equip with an analog system for measuring the level of the working fluid in the expansion tank of the press - in order to automatically control the amount of working fluid in the expansion tank of the press;
- equip with a system for cleaning the working fluid at the drain to the expansion tank of the press - in order to ensure the technical conditions of the pumping units;
- to equip the working fluid conditioning system at the drain to the expansion tank in order to ensure the technical conditions of the pumping units.
5.4.2 Equipping the oil tank of hydraulic drives of the table, roller table and clamps (pumping station No. 4):
- equip with an analog system for measuring the level of the working fluid in the oil tank of hydraulic drives of the table, roller table and clamps in order to automatically control the amount of working fluid in the oil tank of hydraulic drives of the table, roller table and clamps;
- to equip the hydraulic drives of the table, roller table and clamps with a system for cleaning the working fluid at the drain into the oil tank in order to ensure the technical conditions of the pumping units;
- to equip the working fluid conditioning system at the drain to the oil tank of hydraulic drives of the table, roller table and clamps in order to ensure the technical conditions of the pumping units.
Upgrade number bump stamp. Providing automatic fixation of the number in the system.
5.6 Requirements for APCS
The system should be built on the basis of a Siemens processor with profinet and Wanderware software.
The technical documentation should include a description of all controller tags.
The technical documentation should include the source codes and software of the entire system.
The system should provide permanent storage of archived data on all technological and technical parameters, operator actions, errors.
The storage system must be able to view online over the network.
The system should display to the operator the status of all sensors, digital and analog.
The system must have a diagnostic panel with visualization of the operation algorithm.
The operating system of the operator's workstation must be Windows, the latest version.
The system should ensure the fixation of moments and parameters:
- start / end of blank pressing;
- start / end of pressing the cone;
- start / end of compaction;
- start / end of pre-pressing;
- start / end of evacuation;
- start / end of the cylinder;
- fixing the diameter of pressing (automatic or manual);
- fixing the set / actual pressing length;
- pressing coke fixation (manual);
- fixing the technological number extruded on the workpiece;
- fixing the pressing pressure for each workpiece;
- fixing the pressing speed for each workpiece;
PS: All equipment must be of industrial design, have IP67 protection or be placed in cabinets with IP67. Control cabinets must have a cooling system.
5.7 Electrical part of the project:
5.7.1. Carry out the design of the electrical part according to the hydraulic diagram.
5.7.2. Introduce the evacuation control system, heating the mass cylinder and the mouthpiece into the control system of the press 6300.
5.7.3 In the project, carry out the modernization of the control panels for the 6300 press.
5.7.4 Carry out the scheme for controlling the roller conveyor from the electric drive in step mode.
PS: all equipment must be industrial grade, have IP67 protection or be placed in cabinets with IP67. Control cabinets must have a cooling system.
• The contractor submits the completed project in three copies on paper and one on electronic media.


6. Documentation for operating equipment (press us. 6300 tn):
All documentation for operating equipment (press unit 6300 tn) is provided only on the territory of the Customer.


7. Design time:
The design period is 120 days from the date of signing the Agreement.

8. Terms of payment:
100% upon delivery of the Documentation (project) to the Customer.

9. Requirements for the Contractor
7.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
7.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.

10. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents:
- copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in a contractor (order for appointment to a position in a contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection;
- copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PMG, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical clearance of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane drivers, hoists (towers). For gas-electric welders, copies of the certification protocols for PTM.
In case of revealing inconsistencies of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the Health and Safety Service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial Safety in the Contractor's organization.
