Payment terms:Payment for services is subject to VAT (VAT in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation), provided that the parties sign the act of acceptance of services without comment.
Payment of Licenses is made by the Customer in the amount of 100% of the total amount of remuneration within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of rights.
Payment of Technical Support Certificates is made by the Customer in the amount of 100% of the total remuneration within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Consignment Note.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
