1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by an Offer with attachments in accordance with the established model and contain key information on the goods / services offered for delivery, terms and conditions of delivery / provision of services, payment terms, and guarantee conditions.
2) Please read carefully the standard edition of the contract. The participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which should be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the proposed edition.
3) The offer is supplemented by certificates or quality certificates, for goods with respect to which a certification or certification procedure is provided. In the case of the provision of services, the Offer is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
