Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Preferred conditions: the Customer makes payment under the Agreement by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days after the signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of work performed (form No. KS-2) (for design and survey work, only the Acceptance Certificate completed works) and a Certificate of the cost of the performed works and costs (form No. КС-3) if the Contractor has the appropriate invoice (if it is to be submitted in accordance with clause 5.3 of the Agreement). The customer makes a payment in the amount of 90%, including VAT, of the value specified in the Certificate on the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3) (for design and survey work - specified in the Acceptance Certificate of completed work), signed by the Parties . Guarantee deductions are paid by the Customer in full to the Contractor within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of putting the Object into operation, commissioning of the Object of acceptance commission and signing by the Parties of the Final Act of Acceptance of Works (paragraph 4.3 of the Agreement)

The documentation on the request for proposals is provided to a potential supplier registered in the Supplier Base of Unipro PJSC after signing an agreement on the transfer, non-disclosure and protection of information constituting a commercial secret.
