Ranking of bids

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment terms according to the requirements of Rusagro Group of Companies: 100% deferral of payment within 40 calendar days from the date of completion of work.
If the amount of advance payments exceeds 1,000,000 rubles, the supplier must provide a bank guarantee for the refund of advance payments from a top-10 bank according to the CBR rating.
Comments: Please note that in case of failure to provide a complete set of documents, the Bidder's bid will not be considered. All documents must be attached when submitting an bid.
