2. Purpose of work:
2.1. To carry out a project of a thermal unit for heating billets in a heating well No. 2 of the impregnation section with vertical autoclaves TsPOiP.
2.2. Optimize and improve the existing billet heating system in heating well # 2.
2.3. The system should include devices and devices for automatic control of the billet heating process, as well as devices and safety devices that exclude emergency situations during the heating process.

3. Description of the project
3.1. Heating well No. 2 is used to heat electrode and nipple blanks before impregnating them in a vertical autoclave.
3.2. Products of natural gas combustion are used as a heat carrier.
3.3. In the current scheme for heating billets, a horizontal cylindrical furnace lined with refractory bricks with a system of gas ducts, operating on natural gas and used to heat two heating wells, is used.

The existing heating scheme.

3.4. Based on the design results, the following results should be obtained:
- for heating the blanks in the heating well No. 2, an individual heating unit must be selected, which provides heating of the blanks in the temperature range of the medium in the well of 320-350 ° С;
- the time to reach the required temperature in the heating well is no more than 2 hours;
- a process control and management system should be developed to reduce the role of the human factor, as well as to ensure safety during the operation of this equipment.

4. The composition of the equipment used.
4.1. Heating well No. 2.
4.2. Type - mine.
4.2.1. The heating well is designed for preheating the workpieces.
4.2.2. One-time loading 30,000 kg.
4.2.3. Heating temperature of workpieces (320-350) 0С for heating wells No. 1; 2; (340 + 10 / -20) 0С for heating well No. 3.
4.2.4. Heating and unloading time of workpieces: from 10 to 16 hours - depending on the type, size of workpieces and equipment used.
4.3. Gas oven.
4.3.1. Furnace type - chamber, cylindrical with a remote firebox.
4.3.2. The number of ovens is 1.
4.3.3. Burners type GMG-1.5; number of burners - 1.
4.3.4. Purpose: for heating workpieces in heating wells with the supply of the heat carrier directly to the well.

5. Requirements for the billet heating control system and burner automation.
5.1 The control system for the heating of the workpieces must ensure the control of the rise and holding of the temperature in the heating well in accordance with the technological process.
5.2 The system should display the technological and technical parameters of the process.
5.3 The system should be capable of connecting to it via the factory network and transmitting data via OPC.
5.4 The automated gas burner must comply with the requirements of the technical regulations of the customs union TR / CU 016/2011 and be controlled both from the billet heating control system and from the local control panel.

6. Terms of work.
The terms for the performance of work are negotiated by the Parties additionally at the conclusion of the contract.

7. Acceptance.
Design work is considered to be completed in full after the Parties have signed the Certificate of Acceptance of Design Documentation.
• The contractor presents the completed project in three copies on paper and one in CAD format (for drawings) and DOC (for documentation) on electronic media.

8. Requirements for the Contractor
8.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
8.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
8.3 The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
