2. Purpose of the work:
2.1. Perform a thermal unit project to heat the blanks in the heating well No. 1 of the impregation section with vertical autoclaves of the ZPOIP.
2.2. Optimize and improve the existing heating system for workpieces in heating well No.1.
2.3. The system must include instruments and devices to automatically control the heating process of the workpieces, as well as appliances and safety devices that prevent heating accidents.

3. Project Description
3.1. Heating well No.1 is used to heat electrode and nipple blanks before impregnating them in a vertical autoclave.
3.2. Natural gas combustion products are used as a coolant.
3.3. The current workpiece heating scheme uses a horizontal cylindrical fireproof brick-lined fireproof firewall with gas shutter system, powered by natural gas and used for heating two heating wells.

3.4. The following results are to be obtained from the design:
- In order to heat the workpieces in heating well No.2, an individual heat unit must be selected to ensure the heating of the workpieces in the medium temperature interval in well 320-350°C;
- Time to reach the required temperature in the heating well not more than 2 hours;
- a process control and control system should be developed to reduce the role of human factors, as well as ensure safety in the operation of the equipment.

4. Composition of equipment used.
4.1. Heating well No.1.
4.2. The type is mine.
4.2.1. The heating well is designed to preheat the workpieces.
4.2.2. One time loading 30000 kg.
4.2.3. The heating temperature of the workpieces (320-350) 0C for heating wells #1; 2; (340+10/-20) 0C for heating well No.3.
4.2.4. Heating and unloading time of workpieces: 10 to 16 hours, depending on the type, size of workpieces, and equipment used.

5. Requirements for workpiece heating control and burner automation.
5.1. The workpiece heating control system shall control the lifting and temperature extraction of the heating well automatically and manually according to the process process.
5.2 The system shall display process and technical parameters of the process.
5.3 The system must allow it to be connected via a factory network and transmit data over OPC.
5.4 The automated gas burner shall comply with the requirements of Customs Union Technical Regulations TR/TC 016/2011 and be controlled both from the workpiece heating system and c local control unit.

6. List of basic data and requirements.

2. Key technical solutions 2.1. The piping point is an 80mm diameter gas pipeline at the entrance to the shop. Gas pressure at the discharge point is 0.8kg/cm2. Refine the point of the point in place.
2.2. Provide GRPS-1pc installation.
2.3. Provide a CTZ installation and gas control system.
2.3. Considerate the gas flow rate.
2.5. Gas pressure up to GRPSH 0.8kg/cm2, gas pressure after GRPSH according to heat generator passport.

3. Special Conditions 3.1. The customer provides construction and process documentation for the shop and drawings of existing gas pipelines and engineering communications in the shop.
3.2. Estimated documentation at 2000 and current prices.
3.3. After undergoing the examination, transmits the corrected project in 4 exs. and working drawings in 4 ex. and 1 ex. electronically.

7. Timing of the work.
The timing of the work is specified by the Parties further at the conclusion of the contract

8. Admissions.
The design work is considered to be fully completed following the signing of the Project Documentation Acceptance Act by Parties.
• The executor presents the design in three copies on paper and one, CAD format (for drawings) and DOC (for documentation) on electronic media.


9. Performer Requirements
9.1. The performer must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work and be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
9.2. In order to clarify the conditions of performance, familiarization of the object must be made available to the Contractor's representatives to the Customer
3.3 The Contractor specifies the payment procedure and other terms and conditions in his business offer.
