2. Purpose of work:
2.1. To carry out a project for the transfer of the existing technological equipment of vertical pitch impregnation of the Central Industrial and Industrial Complex from steam heating to heating with a high-temperature organic coolant.
2.2. Optimize the existing technological scheme.
2.3. Develop a system for digital control and equipment management that reduces existing technological risks.

3. Project Description
3.1. The pitch impregnation plant with vertical autoclaves TsPOiP is intended for the technological operation of impregnating electrode blanks with coal tar pitch GOST 10200-83 and is carried out to impart the required performance properties to the electrodes and nipples.
3.2. Liquid coal tar pitch is used as a binder and impregnating raw material in EPM-NEZ JSC (see Table 1).
3.3. The current technological scheme of the pitch impregnation section with vertical autoclaves has equipment with steam heating from steam pipelines from the central boiler house. The impregnating pitch is supplied to the site from the baking warehouse No. 3.
3.4. Based on the design results, the following results should be obtained:
- the use of steam heating should be completely excluded;
- The technological scheme of the pitch impregnation plant with vertical autoclaves should be changed in order to reduce the costs of heating equipment using modern valves and control systems.
- work on changing the existing technological scheme should be divided into several logically justified stages, allowing to minimize the time of inevitable equipment downtime;
- a system of technological control and management should be developed to ensure the reduction of the role of the human factor and the elimination of existing technological risks.
4. Technological process.
4.1. When performing the impregnation operation, the following movements of the electrode and nipple workpieces are sequentially carried out:
- transportation of blanks from the previous processing;
- storage of blanks at the pitch impregnation site;
- rolling blanks on racks for visual inspection of blanks, removing dust from their surface and presenting them to the shift foreman;
- loading of blanks into a container for heating, forming packages of blanks for loading with chain slings;
- loading prepared containers or packages into a heating well;
- preparation of the autoclave for handling billets;
- reloading containers or packages from a heating well to an autoclave;
- impregnation of workpieces in an autoclave;
- cooling of workpieces in an autoclave;
- unloading of blanks from the autoclave;
- unloading of blanks from containers and packages;
- formation of packs and storage of blanks;
- transportation of blanks for subsequent processing.
5. The composition of the equipment used.
5.2. Applied equipment (diagram 1):
5.2.1. Autoclave type 3.4 / 5.5. The number of autoclaves is 3.
Autoclave 3,4 / 5,5 is intended for impregnation of fired billets with coal tar pitch.
5.2.1.1. Autoclave type and system - vertical cylindrical vessel with bayonet lock and elliptical bottom, with heating jacket.
5.2.1.2. Technical characteristics and main technical parameters:
- working pressure in the casing is 1.6 MPa (16 kgf / cm2);
- in a shirt 5 10-5 MPa (5 10-4 kgf / cm2);
- in the cooling channels of the bayonet shutter up to 0.3 MPa (3 kgf / cm2);
- in the seal of the bayonet lock 1.8 MPa (18 kgf / cm2);
- residual pressure (vacuum in the housing is not lower than 60 mm Hg);
- working temperature of the environment; in the case 2300C, in the shirt 3500C;
- design temperature of the walls of the body and jacket: maximum + 3500C, minimum + 50C;
- characteristics of the working environment: non-toxic, non-explosive;
- building volume 54 m3.

5.2.7.4. Purpose: for heating the walls of the autoclave, maintaining a given temperature regime of the medium in the autoclave, heating pitch in mixers with the supply of heat carrier from the furnaces to the jacket space of the above units. Heating of workpieces in heating wells with the supply of the heat carrier directly to the well.
5.2.8. Combustion device based on VGS-1.0.

5.4. Technological mode. The procedure for starting and stopping equipment.
5.4.1. A graphic representation of the transport and technological scheme of impregnation is shown in drawing No. TK 010.06747.

During the design, it is necessary to perform a calculation and propose (the existing technological scheme for TC 010.06747):
- Heating of the process flow diagram of the pitch impregnation section with vertical autoclaves provides for the installation of a TEE-150 type thermal oil heater and ENTY circulation pumping units. Presumably the location is in the existing gas cleaning room.
- the design of heating pipelines using BOT, and the method of their installation instead of existing ones using steam heating. Baking pipes are designed to transport raw materials inside the site and supply them to production. A separate section of the pitch pipe is a "pipe in pipe" design, the inner pipe diameter is Dy100, the outer diameter is Dy157. The sections of the piping must be welded into a single structure, which ensures the tightness of the raw material cavity.
- Logically connected fragments of the technological network of pitch pipelines should be heated by their own heating circuit, which has all the elements necessary for its maintenance: supply, outlet, emergency drain, air and blowdown devices.
In order to supply the required thermal power, new pipelines (without taking into account the existing ones) for the supply, outlets and emergency drainage of the coolant must be laid. For a safe emergency salvo drainage of the hot coolant, it is necessary to install a single emergency drain tank with support devices that can accommodate the entire volume of the heating network coolant.
- provide for automatic maintenance of the temperature of raw materials in the baking pipes at 150 ° С;
- pitch cranes are designed to assemble technological schemes for pumping raw materials, as well as to implement blocking algorithms and security systems.
At present, the site uses manual-operated Pitch cranes of various manufacturers Dу100 with steam heating.
During the design, electric-driven pitch cranes with position control should be assigned. The control and management scheme for pitch cranes should be integrated into the process control system.

6. Requirements for the process control system.
6.1 The system should be built on the basis of Siemens controllers.
6.2 All equipment must be of industrial design, with IP67 or placed in industrial cabinets with IP67. Control cabinets must be equipped with a cooling system. Equipment and sensors should be easily accessible for replacement and maintenance.
6.3 All software must be licensed and have the latest current version (ex. Windows 10).
6.4 The system should display all technical parameters (motor currents, temperatures, revolutions, positions, etc.) and the states of all sensors (discrete, analog).
6.5 The system should be able to connect to it via the factory network and transfer data via OPC.
6.6 The system must have archives of measurement data in CSV format and provide storage of archives for a period of at least 3 years.

7. Terms of work.
The terms of the work performance are negotiated by the Parties additionally when concluding the contract.

8. Acceptance.
The design work is considered completed in full after the Parties have signed the Act on the acceptance of design documentation.
• The contractor presents the completed project in three copies on paper and one on electronic media.

9. Requirements for the Contractor
9.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
9.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
9.3 The Contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
