Attention! A mandatory, but not the only requirement for Participants to pass the stage of consideration of Applications is the application of completed documents from the tender documentation published by the Organizer:
- Participant's questionnaire (with attached documents)
- BCH Consent
- Reference list of the Participating company.


The Organizer reserves the right to extend the procedure and (or) change the date for consideration of the Participants' proposals, summarize the request, accept or reject any offer, and also terminate the request for proposals procedure. At the same time, the Organizer does not bear any responsibility to the Participants, to whom such an action may cause losses.

Please note that this request is not a notice of a public tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure does not impose on the Organizer (Customer) an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
