1. Application of JSC "EPM-NEZ", Novocherkassk
2. Purpose of work:
2.1. To carry out a project for the transfer of the existing heating system for the central heating plant and heating system from steam heating to autonomous heating using hot water.
2.2. Optimize the existing heating system in the workshop.
2.3. Develop a system for utilizing waste gas heat after re-firing furnaces. Provide a reserve of heating equipment in order to minimize the effect of downtime of technological equipment on the operation of the heating system. Provide for automatic operation.
3. Project Description
3.1. The shop for re-firing and pitch-impregnation (CPOiP) is intended for the technological operation of impregnation of electrode blanks with coal tar pitch GOST 10200-83 and is carried out to give the electrodes and nipples the required operational properties, as well as for the repeated firing of the electrode blanks.
3.2. At the moment, steam from the central boiler room is used as a heat carrier for the heating system.
3.3. Based on the design results, the following results should be obtained:
- the use of steam heating should be completely excluded;
- The heating scheme of the Central Industrial Control Center should be changed in order to reduce the costs of heating workplaces and equipment using modern heating equipment, modern valves and control systems.
- provide for the installation of heating water heating in the gas cleaning room (Appendix No. 1).
- to introduce the technology of utilization of waste gases heat from re-firing furnaces.
- autonomous heating system (independent from the central heating network).
- automatic operation depending on the ambient temperature.
4. Heat recovery.
4.1. When implementing a project for the utilization of waste gas heat, take into account:
- after two re-firing furnaces, an afterburner was installed (a total of four furnaces are in operation).
- use for calculations the geometric parameters indicated in Appendix No. 2.
- off-gas measurements at the request of the design organization are carried out by EPM-NEZ JSC.
5. Heating system.
- for calculations, use the floor plan of the ABK and the plan of the technological premises of the Central Industrial and Industrial Complex (drawing TS 010.12347)
- the planned location of the heating water heating installation is the gas cleaning room.
6. Requirements for the process control system.
6.1 The system should be built on the basis of Siemens controllers.
6.2 All equipment must be of industrial design, with IP67 or placed in industrial cabinets with IP67. Control cabinets must be equipped with a cooling system. Equipment and sensors should be easily accessible for replacement and maintenance.
6.3 All software must be licensed and have the latest current version (ex. Windows 10).
6.4 The system should display all technical parameters (motor currents, temperatures, revolutions, positions, etc.) and the states of all sensors (discrete, analog).
6.5 The system should be able to connect to it via the factory network and transfer data via OPC.
6.6 The system must have archives of measurement data in CSV format and provide storage of archives for a period of at least 3 years.
7. Terms of work.
The terms of the work performance are negotiated by the Parties additionally when concluding the contract.
8. Acceptance.
Design work is considered completed in full after the Parties have signed the Act on the acceptance of design documentation.
• The contractor presents the completed project in three copies on paper and one on electronic media.
9. Requirements for the Contractor
9.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
9.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
9.3 The Contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
