Delivery terms:
The criteria for expert evaluation for the selection of the Contractor for the performance of the work are:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. Work in the revision of the customer's contract.
3. Availability of permits and resources for the performance of services:
- extracts confirming membership in the SRO (in the areas of architectural and construction design, and engineering surveys);
- availability of a certified system, the scope of certification must correspond to the types of services performed;
- availability of a certified system, labor safety and health protection;
- availability of qualified engineering and technical personnel, as well as qualified workers of leading specialties to perform services;
- experience in performing similar services at similar facilities for at least 2 years.
5. The contractor is obliged:
- to guarantee the validity and feasibility of the chosen solutions;
- provide estimates and calculations, justification of the wage fund, other types of expenses;
- provide, at the request of the customer, duly completed reports, financial documents.
6. Availability of production facilities, vehicles.
7. Availability in the ownership of the company or under a lease agreement for specialized machinery and equipment.
8. Terms of work: until 01.07.2021
9. Payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion in cash, by a bill of exchange of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
10. The contractor is obliged to provide supporting documents upon request.
11. For failure to meet the deadline for the work, there are penalties in the amount of at least 20% of the cost of the work performed.
Comments: The commercial offer must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) document signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization's seal.
JSC RUSAL Achinsk has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not correspond to the terms of the invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has negative experience of working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
The selection will take place with obligatory rebidding.
