3. Design objects.
1. Blocker or charge area for dissipation and charge of insulating materials for direct heating furnaces of electrode graphitation shop (CGE), Block 2, Sections №1 and №2.
2. Transport equipment and the direction of material flows from sections 1 and 2 to the shikhtarnik and in the opposite direction. Bins stock of charge of heat-insulating circulating STO 7.5.07-55-2018, coke trifles TU 0763-199-00190437 and cooked heat-insulating material.
3. ASTC of all operations on the batch section and transport.
4. Design options:
4.1. To develop design and technical documentation of stage "P" for the organization of production of insulating materials for graphite furnaces of direct heating in the amount of 240 000.00 tons per year (20 000.00) t/month) on the existing areas of JSC "EPM-NEZ" in the shop of graphitation of electrodes.
4.2. The project is linked to the architectural and construction solutions of the project №1787-97-AR; KZ performed Rostov "PROMSTROINIPROEKT" on the existing building of the shichtarnik.
4.3. Heat insulating materials for graphite furnaces of direct heating are a mixture of seeded circulating charge and coke trivia (fresh material) supplied according to TU 0763-199-00190437, boosted in different proportions from 1 to 1 to net recirculating rate (see RTI 13-03-2016 "Preparation of bulk and insulating materials for graphite furnaces of electrodes").
4.4. The circulating thermal insulation board is discharged from the furnaces cooled down to +350° C and other parameters specified in HUNDRED 7.5.07-55-2018 "Thermal insulating reverse". The equipment must be operational within the specified temperature range. If necessary, a technical device to cool the charge shall be used.
4.5. The prepared recycled thermal insulation board shall be supplied to Section 1 and Section 2 with a maximum temperature of +50° C and a maximum humidity of 5%.
4.6. Transport and technological equipment should not, in principle, include motor rolling stock.
4.7. The project should have in its composition the drawings on communications for pneumatic cleaning of the premises of the warehouse and the areas of Sections №1 and №2.
4.8. Execute the design and technical documentation for the ventilation system of all rooms and the aspiration system from all pieces of equipment that are the source of dust. If necessary, design active dust suppression sources. Provide MPC, within the limits of the corresponding standards for electrode production.
4.9. The project should include the installation of an elevator with a passenger capacity of 400 kg, according to the PROMSTROINIPROJECT project.
4.10. Dissipation units shall have the function of screening and shipment at a specially designated point of shipment of fraction -5mm (MUG-60) in the bodies of heavy-duty trucks or railway wagons for sale by goods on side.
4.11. Graffer electric bridge cranes designed to load coal bins shall be unified with similar cranes already in operation on the 1st and 2nd sections of the ETG .
4.12. The calculation of site productivity should take into account planned downtime of equipment in planned and preventive repairs and 10% of the capacity reserve for all other types of downtime (logistics, technical and technological, such as the replacement of screens).
5. List and scope of the project sections:

6. Annexes.

7. Requirements to the Contractor.
7.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work.
7.2. To clarify the conditions of performance of works, familiarization with the object, obtaining additional ND and TD, it is necessary to arrive representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
7.3. The Contractor in his commercial offer shall indicate the payment procedure and other conditions.
7.4. Certification of the head and performers on industrial safety and labor protection at the GCO.
7.5. Performed not qualitatively work should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
7.6. The Contractor shall develop and agree with the Customer estimates, a linear schedule of work performance for all necessary works - within a period of not more than 15 calendar days after the announcement by the winner of the contest procedures.
7.7. It is necessary to have SRO for these types of design work.
7.8. The normative documents used in the design should be relevant and comply with the requirements of regulations and legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of project activity.
7.9. The equipment offered in the design documentation should be modern and most acceptable in terms of price/quality ratio.
8. Payment terms: monthly, within 30 (thirty) banking days after the delivery of the results of the work, provided that the work has been done properly and within the agreed time frame. The works are considered to have been performed after the signing by the Parties of the Certificate on Acceptance of the performed works.
9. Terms of execution of works: 5 calendar months.
10. Special conditions: The design works are carried out for the 24/7 operation of the electrode graphite shop (GGE).
