9. Purpose of work:
Ensuring the temperature in the spring-summer period in the range of 20 - 250 C in the room nipple site TsMOEP.
10. Initial data:
10.1. The premises of the nipple center site is located in the axes of the D-K; 1-17, at mark 0,000 in the operating workshop of CMOEP.
10.2. Overall dimensions of the room:
- Length - 96 m;
- Width - 24 m;
- Height - 13.5 m.
3.2.1. The plan of the building with the indication of the axes in Appendix No. 2 Heck. TX 13354.
3.3. Dust level in the nipple area is min.-0.16, max-2.5, sr-0.64 mg per cubic meter. Graphite dust.
3.4. The windows on the east side of the room, the roof is flat (with a lantern).
3.5.The mode of operation of the equipment area - continuous.
4. Scope of work
4.1. Design.
4.2. Supply of equipment.
4.3. Installation with equipment.
5. Requirements to the Contractor.
5.1. To get acquainted with the object of design, the arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the Customer is required.
5.2. Certification of the head, ITR and executors on industrial safety and labor protection on HEP according to the Appendix 1.
5.3. Ensuring occupational safety and health measures for safe work practices at the facility.
5.4. In the case of justified comments to the staff on the quality of work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as violations of an administrative nature, at the request of the Customer’s specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
5.5. Works that were not performed with high quality should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
5.6. Accommodation in the sanitary facilities of workers employed to perform this work is done by the Contractor. The customer, if possible, can arrange the placement of workers on a contractual basis.
5.7. The contractor must develop and agree with the customer estimates, a linear schedule of work, ERP, CPD and routing for all necessary work - within 15 calendar days after the winner announces the competitive procedure.
5.8. Provide for the design of equipment:
- minimal impact of air conditioning noise on the process personnel to a comfortable level.
- ensuring the temperature regime in the spring-summer period in the range of 20 - 250 C in the nipple section of the CMOEP.
6. Terms of work
6.1. Work in the existing shop TsMOEP.
6.2. Equipment, materials, tools for the work is provided by the Contractor.
6.3. Lifting mechanisms for loading and unloading operations, motor transport provides the Contractor.
6.4. Electric welding and gas-cutting equipment is provided by the Contractor.
6.5. Expendable materials for electric welding and gas-cutting equipment are provided by the Contractor.
6.6. Cars for removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Customer.
7. Place of work:
The territory of the Customer and the Contractor.
8. Terms of performance of work:
Design - 1 month since the conclusion of the contract.
Purchase and installation - 2 months.
9. Terms of payment and guarantees:

10.1. Before the tender, the contractor provides:
10.1.1 - certificate of admission to a particular type of work that affect the safety of capital construction objects
10.1.2. A list of documents required for
registrations of dresses - allowances at the enterprise.
