This request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
By sending an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to make sure of the Supplier's good faith, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the Supplier's ability to independently fulfill its delivery obligations, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
