Payment terms:
The preferred option of the Buyer: Deferred payment from the date of fulfillment of the obligation under the agreements - 30 calendar days

All advance payments (more than 500 thousand rubles) are paid by the Buyer only upon receipt from the Seller of an irrevocable bank guarantee of the return of the advance payment in the bank from the list provided by PJSC "ChTPZ" (the list is part of the procurement documentation attached to the trade and procurement procedure) and the provision advance payment invoices
A bank guarantee for the amount of the advance is provided as a security for the return of the advance, in addition, at the request of the Buyer, a bank guarantee may be requested for the Seller to fulfill the warranty parameters of the Equipment and other obligations under the contract.
The guarantor bank and the text of the bank guarantee are agreed with the Buyer before the date of its issue by the guarantor bank.
The period of validity of all bank guarantees issued by the counterparty under the contract is the term for the delivery of equipment / fulfillment of obligations under the contract + 30 days of calendar days.
The term for the provision of the bank guarantee does not affect the start date of the fulfillment of the Seller's obligations under the contract. The provided bank guarantee must comply with all the terms of the Agreement.
The Buyer has the right to suspend payment for work until the Seller provides a bank guarantee, which will ensure that the latter fulfills its obligations regarding the quality of the goods (result of work) during the warranty period.
In this case, the Buyer has the right to suspend the fulfillment of his obligation to pay for the period until the bank guarantee is provided, and in case of failure to provide it, until the expiration of the guarantee period. In this case, the Buyer will not be considered overdue or in breach of his obligations under the contract.
