Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

We pay special attention that in case of failure to provide a full package of documents, the participant's application is not considered. All documents must be attached when submitting the application.

The list of documents for participation is attached to the procurement documentation.

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance payment / post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, willingness to work under a standard contract, the amount of penalties, willingness to work in EDO.
