Comments:
The direction of the commercial proposal with the attachment of an estimate and an indication of the possible timing of the work based on the capabilities of the contractors (participants in the procurement). Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) The cost of work with VAT. Commercial proposal shall specify the final total. The cost should be final, firm, include all additional. expenses.
2) Payment terms (preference will be given to tenderers who have proposed a non-advance payment system and maximum deferred payment).
3) Availability of SRO-item No. 13 of the Technical Assignment (Attach).
4) Work experience (attach a reference list).
