Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works.
Delivery terms:The term of performance of works under the contract is not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing the agreement. Of these:
- no more than 20 (twenty) calendar days for the development of design and estimate documentation (Design stage "Working documentation");
- no more than 40 (forty) calendar days for dismantling old equipment, delivery and installation of new equipment, commissioning.
Early delivery of works is allowed.
