Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Reinforcement of the commercial offer is obligatory.
The quotation must comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Name, place of location (for legal entity), bank details of the Participant;
2. Specify the cost of work for each object separately and the total cost of work.
3. Total period of work execution.
4. The Warranty period is not less than 5 years.
5. Size (%) Penalties.
6. Payment Terms (Prepayment-Specify interim measures). The Recommended conditions of the RUSAGRO GC-100% deferred payment not earlier than 30 (thirty working days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
7. Date of preparation and validity of the offer (expiration not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);

Provide:
1. The schedule of works on each production site is Preliminary.
2. Reference-list on executed similar projects.
3. Provide copies of documents confirming the availability of qualified specialists (diplomas, certificates, etc.).
4. Estimate calculation.
5. Accounting balance for the last 2 years.
6. Staffing.
