3. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of our own personnel with appropriate qualifications, availability of the necessary documents for conducting project activities. quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
5. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
