1. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
2. The amount of the insurance sum of the Contractor's SRO for repair and construction works or reconstruction on leased and acquired areas, existing retail facilities, or the purchased object must be at least 60 million rubles.
3. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of objects in Retail.
4. The average annual volume of work performed by the RSR, SMR for the last 2 (two) years (or for the full year worked, if the company was registered less than 2 years ago) must be at least the insurance amount of SRO for repair and construction works or reconstruction on leased and acquired areas, existing retail facilities, or the purchased object must be at least 60 million rubles.
5. The contractor must have in his staff the average number of certified and certified personnel necessary to perform the work, who have the appropriate permits and permits for complex and dangerous types of work. Personnel must be certified for work above 1000V

7. The pledge of property is not an obstacle to participation in the tender, but other things being equal, the Contractor with fixed assets free from encumbrances will receive the advantage.
8. The indicator of CA (net assets) for the last full reporting year, as well as for the interim reporting period of the current year, which corresponds to the quarter, half-year, nine months, should be positive.
9. The Contractor does not have overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees.
