Comments: VimpelCom PJSC invites organizations to participate in the Prequalification for the Central Region by category: Design and survey, construction and installation work to upgrade the broadband access network for a period of 2 years.
To participate in a procurement event, the organization must:
• Fill out the Declaration of Conformity by submitting in PDF (scan with signature) and Excel, as well as provide supporting documents for each item (required documents are indicated in column N).
• Fill out the Participant Questionnaire by submitting a signed PDF.
• Fill out the Template form for requesting financial statements, providing in Excel format (corresponding to the provided accounting statements).
• Fill out the Negotiation Agreement by providing the signed PDF.
• Fill out the Privacy Statement by providing a signed PDF.
Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
• the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white);
• each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
Please note that your consent to participate in the Qualification also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for by these articles.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
