The planned date for completion of work is until 10/31/2019.
Contractor Requirements
Mandatory experience in implementing such projects, preferably with structures of Russian Railways, other large companies, state and municipal authorities;
After elaboration of the design and survey stage, further cooperation is possible with organizations for the implementation of this project of SOT and ACS in the SLD;
The choice of contractors is possible taking into account the regional location of service locomotive depots (West Siberian, Moscow and Kuibyshev service departments);
Consent to conclude contractual relations on the terms of a standard contract of STM-Service LLC;
Lack of tax debts;
Organization of the federal (regional) level (not an individual entrepreneur);
The organization has not previously participated in arbitration (litigation) proceedings with LLC STM-Service; |
