Be sure to provide a commercial proposal. To the commercial proposal, it is necessary to attach visualization and estimated calculations for the working documentation (RD). Saving the cost of the offered services for at least 30 calendar days from the moment of receiving the results from the electronic trading platform.

2. INN (TIN)
3. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
4. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
7. Accounting statements for the last reporting period.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Organizer has the right to refuse the proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time without incurring any responsibility to the participants in the request for proposals.
