Comments:
A mandatory requirement for a bidder (procurement procedure): experience in the preparation of reforestation projects, with the attachment of the Customers' reference list, as well as a copy (s) of the agreed reforestation (afforestation) project prepared by the bidder.
Design work on reforestation includes the development, coordination and approval of projects of compensatory reforestation in the territorial departments of the Bratsk, Padunskoye and Kachugskoye lesnichestvos of the MLK of the Irkutsk region, as well as the calculation of the cost of performing reforestation work.
The result of the contractor's work will be the Compensatory Reforestation Project and the estimated calculations for the implementation of a range of reforestation works on the forest areas specified in the terms of reference, broken down by cost item.
The commercial proposal is sent on a letterhead indicating the price per unit of work (excluding VAT), indicating the full name. contact person.

2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotation procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants of the request for proposals.
