1 hard copy and 1 electronic version of the draft contract estimate, developed in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 12/23/2019 No. 841-pr and in agreement with the Customer.
Familiarization with the terms of reference is mandatory.

JSC "Proletariy" and the administration of the Surazhsky district of the Bryansk region reached an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of the project "Urban Park improvement" within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Formation of a comfortable urban environment".
JSC "Proletarian" plans to order and pay for the design of the object: "Construction of a pedestrian bridge" as part of the improvement of the city park.
In case of interest in cooperation, we ask you to submit commercial proposals with a preliminary summary estimate of design and survey work in accordance with the design assignment and the layout of the facility. Familiarization with the attached terms of reference is mandatory.
