Payment terms:Payment with a deferral of payments of at least 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the act of work performed on the bill of payments scheme with the company's own bills
Delivery terms:The selection of the most advantageous offer is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria - the quality of the services provided earlier, the minimum cost and delivery time, as well as the interests of RUSAL Achinsk JSC:
- the provision of the lowest cost of work in accordance with the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1);
- work as amended by the Customer Agreement;
- the presence of permits and resources for the work.
Requirements for the Participant in the review in accordance with paragraphs of Appendix No. 2 "Selection Criteria".

Comments:
A commercial proposal must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) of a document signed by an authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not meet the conditions of the Invitation
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
