Comments:
1) I ask you to send KP to carry out design work on the transfer of utilities in the territory of JSC "PMZ" from the construction zone in accordance with the approved TOR, indicating the total cost of the work including the necessary additional costs.

2) Mandatory familiarization with the procurement documentation:
- Technical task,
- approved list of documents

3) Mandatory provision of documentation:
- official endorsed KP indicating the total cost of design work
- full package of accounting and registration documents according to the approved list (presented in the attachment)

4) The person responsible for providing comments on the TOR is Alexey Vladimirovich Sucretny 7 (342) 222-42-51

5) The competitive event takes place in 1 stage, organizations can repeatedly update commercial offers.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
