Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Terms of payment according to the requirements of the Rusagro GC: 100% deferred payment within 30 calendar days from the date of performance of works.

Comments:
To participate in the purchase procedure, it is necessary to support the following documents:
1. Commercial proposal on the form of the organization with the following information:
- Specification of the supplied equipment;
- Term of work performance in calendar days;
- Cost of materials and installation works in Rubles without VAT (with indication of taxation system), cost including customs payments and delivery;
- Warranty period;
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- Acceptable amount of penalties for the week of delay in performance of works;
- Willingness to sign the contract form with Rusagro.
2. Extract from the SRO register
3. Staffing Table + certificates for the group of Electrical Safety clearance
4. Reference list on similar projects.
5. Accounting balance for the last 2 calendar years.
6. Schedule of work execution
7. Local estimate is required.
