The agreement is strictly in the wording of PJSC Uralkuz, the protocol of disagreements is not accepted, it is imperative to attach a commercial offer for the provision of services. Before the end of the bidding for the lot on the electronic trading platform B2B Mechel, applicants participating in the bidding must submit to the person responsible for the procurement procedure the list of documents specified in clause 3.1. If the applicant does not provide the documentation listed in clause 3.1 on time, the organizer has the right not to consider him as a candidate.
