Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the recipient. Other payment offers by suppliers are also being considered.
Validity of the offer of suppliers - not less than 90 days
Delivery terms:
Delivery, Novorossiysk Delivery time: until September 5, 2019.
All shipping costs and other costs should be included in the cost of production.
Products must be new, not earlier than the beginning of 2019 of release
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2 .. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
