Payment terms:
The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the Supplier’s account in the following order: 100% payment for the goods within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the receipt of the products at the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:
Delivery time within 20 days from the date of signing the contract and specification. The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. Upon shipment of the goods, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.
