Payment terms:Upon receipt of products within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, goods invoices, transport invoices, railway receipts and product certificates. Consider other forms of payment.
Delivery terms:Delivery within 20 calendar days from the date of signing the specification. Delivery cost to the buyer's warehouse in the city. Perm is included in the price of products.
The products should be new. When shipping, the availability of certificates for products is mandatory.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the list at the same time as the submission of the offer and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier offer is not less than 30 days.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (confirming documents the participant provides simultaneously with commercial proposition).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
5. Coating and brand of corrugated board strictly in accordance with those tasks

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
