Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" announces the start of pre-qualification of suppliers by category: implementation of the loyalty program "Beeline map."
The purpose of pre-qualification: Creating a list of potential participants in the procurement activities by category.
Qualification results of the supplier will be assigned the status:
certainly qualified
not qualified.
All suppliers will be notified of the results of the qualification by e-mail.
Everyone certainly qualified suppliers as the need arises will be invited to participate in procurement actions.
To participate in the pre-qualification of the supplier must be
1. acquainted with the technical specifications of the subject of purchase;
2. submit the following documents:
1) qualification questionnaire filled
- in pdf format, signed by an authorized person
- in exel format
2) Application form, filled
- in word format
- in pdf format, signed by an authorized person
3) power of attorney for the authorized person, if the documents are signed by the General Director is not
4) The card provider filled in exel format. The card is filled in the manager's name, which in the future will place an offer in the framework of procurement activities through the Oracle system. Details of registration in an Oracle system, instructions for submitting proposals will be provided at the first stage of the procurement activities to all qualified suppliers.
5) Privacy statement, in pdf format, signed by an authorized person on the letterhead of the company party
6) Financial instruments:
- Filled in accordance with the appended excel-reporting pattern for financial valuation (financial verification application);
- Scan the balance sheet for the period under review, the company and stamped by the tax authority;
- Scan the profit and loss account for the period under review, the company and stamped by the tax authority;
If the latest available reporting - annual, the annual accounts are available for the last 2 years. If the latest available reporting - for the quarter / half / 9 months, provided statements for the 3 periods: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years.
