| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the Goods within 45 calendar days after receiving the Goods and signing by both Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the Goods based on the results of installation and commissioning works, if there is a TORG-12 consignment note signed by the Parties and an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, based on the invoice issued by the Supplier. |
