Payment for Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier's current account upon the Supplier's full fulfillment of obligations within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of Products and a complete set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, consignment note, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. At the same time, the application of the conditions of Article 317.1. of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is excluded.
