Payment terms:6.2 Оплата за поставку Товара производится в следующем порядке:
a) 30 (тридцать) процентов от стоимости товара указанного в договоре оплачивается в течении 5 (пяти) рабочих дней после подписания Договора.
b) 70 (семьдесят) процентов фактически поставленного Товара оплачиваются в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней с момента получения Заказчиком счета от Поставщика, выставленного после подписания сторонами товарной накладной или товарно-транспортной накладной (формы ТОРГ-12) на поставленную партию Товара.
