Requirements:

1. Licenses are delivered under the Open Value program.
2. The validity period of the granted rights to the software is unlimited.
3. The supplier must have the necessary authorization from Microsoft to transfer rights to the software and be included in the Microsoft list of "Authorized Resellers for the Open Value Program in Russia"
4. The software supply agreement must be licensed. The recommended text of the license agreement is attached.
