After acceptance of the application, for conclusion of the contract the Buyer must submit the following documents:
1. For Legal Entities:
Copies of the constituent documents and the certificate of State registration;
The Account card of the enterprise;
Documents confirming the authority of the signatory.
2. For natural persons without formation of a legal entity:
A Copy of the passport or a replacement document;
A Copy of the registration certificate;
Copy of the Certificate of Tax registration (TIN);

The Buyer guarantees the authenticity of the submitted data.
The Buyer has read and agreed to the rules of disposal of unused property.
"The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the right to verify all the information specified by the Purchaser.
In the case of a proposal to make an offer to a failed Buyer will have no claims against the Seller.
The Buyer agrees that the present offer on the Internet site of the Company Weatherford under no circumstances can be regarded as a public offer and accordingly the Seller is not responsible for any liability for refusal to conclude Contract with the persons who have asked to conclude the relevant transaction. "
