List of documents REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE Call FOR Bidding procedure:
1. An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued no later than 1 month before the Contract is submitted for approval: a copy or an electronic document signed with an electronic signature or certified by the signature of an authorized person of the Supplier.
2. A copy of the charter, a copy of the amendments to the charter (in case of changes).
3. A copy of the certificate of state registration or a copy of the certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about a legal entity registered before July 01, 2002, or a record sheet of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
4. A copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority.
5. Copies of licenses, permits or other permits required to carry out a certain type of activity that is the subject of the Contract, if, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, such type of activity is carried out on the basis of a special permit.
6. A copy of the protocol (decision) of the authorized management body of the Supplier on the election (appointment) of the person performing the functions of the sole executive body (General Director, director).
7. A copy of the power of attorney, if the Contract is signed by a representative.
8. A copy of the certificate of the Federal Tax Service on the fulfillment by the taxpayer (payer of fees, tax agent) of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, penalties, fines).
