Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

To participate in the selection, you must fill in the cost (see Procure items, bid documentation).

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty: Payment terms - 100% post-payment, deferred payment for at least 60 calendar days
Guarantee - according to the standard contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment)
The material must be available
Mandatory provision of a daily report on the actual installation of racks in TT. photo report on the installation.
Before the start of the installation, the provision of a plan (excel schedule) with the correct installation dates and the number of stores
Delivery time to stores, taking into account installation, no later than 12/10/2023.
It is mandatory to provide a sample of the rack with a layout before launching the print run into production
Specify the deadline for the provision of the layout (DIXY) on the CPU
Specify the deadline for sending to the DIXIE CP office for approval. You may need to re-test the color;
Specify the deadline for the provision of the finished rack with the applied layout for approval
Fixing prices until 12/31/2023
Specify the Bidder's contact person (full name, email, phone number)

The list of stores will be adjusted based on the results of the tender, as there are openings/closures/renovations.
The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of RIMS by 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease) from that agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery terms, including price and deferred payment conditions, remain unchanged.

You can repeatedly improve your offers until the bid deadline.

E-Signature is not required, participation is free, offers are accepted in rubles.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
