The list of stores will be adjusted based on the results of the tender, as there are openings/closures/renovations.

The Buyer has the right to unilaterally reduce/increase the number of RIMS by 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease) from that agreed by the parties in this Specification or Order, notifying the Supplier 14 calendar days before the upcoming changes, but no later than 5 days before the upcoming delivery. At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery terms, including price and deferred payment terms, remain unchanged.

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
