As part of the Pre-qualification Selection, Participants must provide:
- signed confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 2);
- a presentation about the Participant with a list of the list of clients and a description of the experience of supplying similar goods.
- Completed Appendix No. 3 Technical Specification.
Based on the results of the review of the data provided during the Prequalification, the Customer will decide on the admission of the Participant to the next stage (the "Main Stage"), following which a decision will be made on the selection of the Winner./Winners of the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
