Delivery on the Contractual counterparty side to 38 RC. Providing samples is a prerequisite.
The bid with the final need is provided by the Contractual Counterparty according to the Timing. Deviations of +/-30% from the total volume of the approved Call for Bidding budget are possible. At the same time, the remaining terms of delivery, including the terms of price and deferred payment, remain unchanged.
When delivered to the RC, the Supplier is obliged to deliver goods loaded on pallets (pallets) of standard size: 1.2 m x 0.8 m, 1.6 m high, meeting European standards and requirements. 1 pallet place should not exceed 625 kg. When delivered to the RC, the Supplier has the right to deliver the goods packed in their own containers in such ways as to ensure the preservation of the quality and safety of the goods during loading, transportation, unloading and storage
