Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Payment for the goods is made within 60 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of goods is considered the date of receipt of goods at the warehouse.
The cost of the goods should include: the cost of the goods and their packaging, loading and unloading, transportation costs for the delivery of goods, as well as all expenses for pre-printing files, expenses of the Contractor for taxes and other obligatory payments.
In case of violation of the delivery deadlines by the Contractor, the Customer has the right to demand the payment of a fine of 0.5% of the cost of the goods not delivered for each day of delay, as well as compensation for all losses caused by such a violation. In the case of the delivery of an incomplete batch of goods (lack of goods indicated in the Application or discrepancy in their quantity) in the amount of more than 3% of the total quantity of the corresponding goods indicated in the Application, the Contractor is obliged to pay a penalty at the request of the Customer in the amount of 5% of the value of the short-delivered goods.
In case of identification of the goods (at the reception in the warehouse or in the restaurant) in violation of the requirements and technical specifications (marriage, shortage of receipt tape, etc.), the Contractor is required to pay a fine in the amount of 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) rubles at the request of the Customer for each case of such a violation.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: The goods are delivered in batches during the year - based on customer requests, according to the delivery schedule, 2 times a month.
In case of short delivery of the declared volume, a penalty of 20% of the cost of delivery.
Place of delivery of goods: Customer's warehouse (g. Zelenograd);
Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier.
