Comments: PJSC VimpelCom prequalification of suppliers to form a list of participants of the procurement event for the production of large-format posters of standard formats and delivery of them to branches and branches of the Western Region in accordance with the terms of the Treaty, the Supplementary Agreements and the Terms of Reference annexed thereto.$
The subject of purchase includes 1 lot.
To participate in the pre-qualification, the supplier must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement;
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" signifies acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for Failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Read the terms of reference (approximate monthly order indicating the technical characteristics of posters, cities and the number of delivery addresses)
3. Fill in the questionnaire of the Participant of the PURCHASE, providing in PDF format (scan with the signature of the authorized person).
4. To provide the constituent documentation:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities certified by DPI dated no later than August 2019. (electronic signature is allowed); $
- Charter; $
- Order of appointment of the Director General;
- current decision on the election of the head;
- copy of the certificate of state registration;
- copy of the certificate of registration in the DPI;
5. Fill in the file FinAnaliz_rating and attach supporting financial documents for closed reporting periods (year, quarters) with a mark from the tax on acceptance of documents and absence of errors (for electronic versions).
Please, note! The archive with documents is stored, the password to the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
1. The participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file;
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its contents.
