Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Customer pays for the services rendered in the amount of 100% of their cost within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act confirming the acceptance of the work performed, provided there are no complaints about their quality and provided the Customer receives a duly executed invoice and the original contract in the name of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:Approval by the Contractor of the terms of reference is accepted for the beginning of the work. The final report is provided in accordance with the deadlines specified for the completion of the stages in the work contract. On paper - 2 copies . (after receiving a positive conclusion of the GGE).

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, is obliged to open a settlement account in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of the conclusion of which the request for proposals was conducted.

We also draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The bidder must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person on the letterhead. The price offer and delivery terms submitted through the ETP functionality must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

The provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" is MANDATORY.
