Comments:
1. More detailed information is set out in the terms of reference.

2. With a commercial proposal must be sent:
1. Completed proposal card and its annexes;
2. Detailed calculation of the cost of work;
3. Scan copies of the Contractor’s documentation in accordance with the attached list;
4. Reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
5. The protocol of disagreements to the contract of the Customer, if any.

6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

7. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

8. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer

9. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the bidder.

This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in electronic form.
