Payment terms:Payment of performed works is made by transfer of funds to the current account of the Contractor. The specified payments are made by the Customer within 90 (ninety) calendar days on the basis of signed acts of performed works (invoices), invoices and settlement reconciliation acts. Advance payment is not provided for.

This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting prices at any time without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!

The planned scope of works is 30 wells. The Contractor has the right to change the volume of services in the calendar year specified in the tender documents, fixed in the subsequent contract of rendering services, with respect to the volume of services both upward and upward. and downwards from the annual volume of services, the specified tender documentation. The volume of services can be increased (without changing the nomenclature and prices), or reduced by no more than 50% of the volume of services specified in the tender documentation, fixed in the subsequent contract of rendering services, with the exception of force majeure in the form of production restrictions, oil prices that may affect the volume of services. The works must be carried out on their own, without the involvement of co-workers.

Application of the commercial offer on the letterhead is mandatory.
