Delivery terms:All costs, including production (printing, gluing,), packaging of materials according to the customer's requirements, delivery of materials to the place of installation / office of the placing company (at the request of the Customer), other costs, as well as taxes (except VAT) and fees.
2.2. Terms for the provision of services must be strictly observed. The deadlines for the supply of ready-made materials for outdoor placement are 3 days (from the date of receipt of mock-ups to the Campaign by e-mail, until the date of delivery of materials to the contractor placing materials on advertising surfaces)

Comments:
Within the framework of the PKO, it is necessary to provide:
Application for participation in the form (see attachment)
• Filled in Annex 1 to the Application. Vendor Presence Map
• Copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, with a limitation period of not more than 1 month;
• Information confirming work experience (portfolio, letters of appreciation, etc.);
• Certificate of entering a legal entity in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (entry sheet of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for legal entities created after 01/01/2017);
• Certificate of registration of a legal entity with the tax authority at the location in the territory of the Russian Federation;
• Requisites of the passport of the person appointed (elected) by the sole executive body of the counterparty (mandatory for IP);
• The act of reconciliation of settlements on taxes, fees and fees (or a certificate from the tax authority in the prescribed form on the absence of debt to the budget)
Detailed Tech. assignment for the provision of services is presented in Appendix. 1 TK.
At the PKO stage, prices and print samples are NOT provided. KP and color proofs on the job will be requested within the procurement procedure.
As part of the procurement, lots will be considered, in accordance with the service delivery regions:
Lot 1 - Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Adygea;
Lot 2 - Rostov Region;
Lot 3 - Voronezh, Belgorod, Lipetsk and Tambov regions;
Lot 4 - Stavropol Territory and the Republic of the North Caucasus.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
